Thread needs solution

I'm having problems with regestering my products as I registered before, approx, 2 years ago and have forgotten my details. When I try to re-register them I'm told they are already registered, is it possible to transfer the registrations to my new account?.

As for me, I bought TI upgrade 2010 4 days ago and registered today ; I thought I've got 30 days free support and I see I'm redirected to that forum (where I must be considered as a - foreigner - newbie...) what is wrong ?

I think you might misunderstand, this forum is the first place to see if your problem has a solution or to canvass a solution, but you still get 30 days Acronis support via the support link that appears on your account page.

Or have I misunderstood what you think is wrong?

The support link that appears on my account page doen't allow me to send a mail as usual but directs me straightforward to the forum.
