Unable to change email address
I changed my email address and it said "The changes have been saved". When I go back into account admin, the new email address is shown.
However, when I logout and back in, I have to use my original email address and when I look in account admin, the old email address is shown.

Are you sure about this? I logon to the main web site using our shared IT helpdesk account (as anyone in IT may need to download updates) but I logon to the forums using my own personal email address (as forum discussions are typically just for me).
As far as I can tell, the main website account & forum accounts are in no way linked together.
Cheers, Rob.

Bit later... I've just tried changing my *password* alone in the forums (not the main website as that account doesn't belong to me alone) and I get:
The changes have been saved.
Access denied by Secure Pages module
The Secure Pages module has detected an invalid session access attempt. Please log in again.
I'm then logged out for the forums but the password has NOT been changed.
Cheers, Rob.

Hi Rob,
Yes I am pretty sure about that. In order to change password or e-mail on forum account you'll have to perform necessary changes at the main web site account page here.
Changes to Forum account will not work - your forum account password or e-mail will not be changed if you modify them in forum account settings here
Thanks,
Andrey.

Later...
I've just successfully changed the password on the main website but my password on these forums hasn't changed. I really don't think there is any connection between the main website account and the forum account.
Cheers, Rob.

Hello Rob,
You are posting under rob.*********@info***d-d****t.com account. Were you trying to change password for it?
Thanks,
Andrey.

Yes I was. The main website is registered under <deleted for privacy reasons> but I use my personal email address in the forums.
Cheers, Rob.

So when you log in to Acronis web site here and change password to your personal account it still does not affect forums?
Have you tried to clean browser cash and cookies after password change?
Thanks,
Andrey

Ahh light dawns. I never logon to the main account using my rob.nicholson@xyz.com account - I always use our it.systems@xyz.com shared account as that's where all our licenses are recorded.
I've just logged on with my personal account and managed to change the password.
BTW - you really should remove the settings page in the forums as shown in the attached screenshot. It just confuses matters IMO.
Cheers, Rob.

Hi Rob,
I am glad we figured this out.
Thanks for your feedback about forum account. I will make sure it is delivered to forum Administrator.
Cannot commit to any ETA at the moment though.
I will keep you posted about the progress.
