5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list
i have been communicating with acronis with the same email address for years and as recently as 01-07-09. Today when I tried to reply to a customer service email I got a bounce from the Acronis mail server saying this:
This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:
Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server.
The reasons given by the server are included to help you determine why each
recipient was rejected.

Reason: 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list
No matter which contact I had for acronis, evey email i sent got bounced back. I sent a notice to the company via their support form but I am quite puzzled that messages sent earlier in the week came just fine and ther was no problem replying to them.

Hello Charles and JRosenfeld,
Do not worry, I will help you to contact us so you can submit a query.
About a year ago we have changed our internal system so it does not accept direct messages. I have checked your account and found that you are eligible for support, so we would be glad to help you. the correct procedure to contact us is:
Follow to our website -> click on Start Here button, then you will be able to sort the situation out. At the end, you will be prompted to choose between Phone Support (it will show you the number to call as you have Premier Support Program), live chat or web form.
If this does not help - please write me a PM, I will crate a case for you personally, so we will be able to communicate further.
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.
Thank you.
