Hello mshen,

Since this moment I will take care of this case to get it resolved. To have a complete understanding of your issue I need to gather some additional information.

As far as I understand, you're trying to run Master Image Creator on some old PC. How exactly are you doing so? From standalone CD or via Snap Deploy Management Agent?

Unfortunately, there's no way to add drivers to particular CD, however, we could assist you with obtaining the version which works. Could you please provide me with the exact computer hardware configuration, so I can check whether it's compatible with our software?

Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.

Thank you.
