after cleansing usb-stick windows can not access it

i cleansed my usb-stick (corsair survivor 8GB)
win7 didn't found it after that
acronis 2010 found it
so i tried to mount it (with acronis) to the system, then it also disappeared.
with an other system (XP) the stick is visible, it is not formated and i can not format it or access.
also with knoppix "could not mount"

ansers in german would be VERY nice

under XP the filesystem is shown as "RAW" , i only have the option format with FAT, but there is an error
free space an whole space is shown as 0
