Contacting Acronis via webform - not working correctly
I've just spent ages trying to get the Customer Sales form (which by the way was the same as a Support problem form) to send my question.
I logged onto my account, chose Contact and then Customer Sales, all details were correctly filled out, wrote my message, pressed Submit and the form just took me back to the top of the page.
I thought that although not listed as required, it might be expecting an attachment so I added one (Acronis will now be able to offer Apple Clafoutis recipes as well as imaging software), just as I was about to send a PM to an Acronis person here, I accidentally clicked in the margins of the page and that caused the information to be sent.
I am using Firefox v3.5.4

Hello Alexander,
I think my query is being looked at thank you. Though I'm puzzled as I've just received two further case numbers attached to the original reference and case number.
I assume my enquiry has been redirected to the relevant person(s) thus creating new case numbers.
My query was in regards to a possible crossgrade.
