Installing remotely through the management Console

Thread needs solution

Hi all, When installing components through the management console to a remote computer i get the following error message. Failed to start service. (0x450007) Tag = 0x203858FE9CB88E63 The service did not start due to a logon failure (0xFFF0) code = 8007042D) Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF I have so far tried the following. 1.) Installed the Acronis suite locally and under a domain account (Both have the error) 2.) Tried to install all components 3.) The error occurs after you have gone throughy the wizard and click proceed to install the component. 4.) I have installed the Management console on the server where the software sits on and my own pc. Any help would be great thank you

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information I cannot be sure in the cause of the problem, so I would appreciate if you could kindly let me know: 

  1. The OS you are installing on
  2. The exact sequence of actions you have performed so that we could reproduce it
  3. Acronis Info from the machine in question
  4. Whether the needed services are running. The following services should be started: Volume Shadow Copy, COM+ System Application, Distributed Transaction Coordinator (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services).
  5. Windows System Information file
  6. The MSI log of the local installation (if possible)
  7. Full error message
