Is LIVE CHAT not working?

Thread needs solution

Is LIVE CHAT not working of is the problem that I don't undestand how it works?  I tried to contact via LIVE CHAT twice and nothing happens.  I am trying to figure out how to partition a drive, as I stated in my previous message.

Your better off calling as Chat is usually not helpfull...........

My new HP Pavillion laptop comes with Win 7 installed and the disks are DYNAMIC (whatever that is). I have uninstalled the recovery partition. Acronis apparently doesn't support dynamic. What is the work around for this? I can't seem to find any answers at the forums. Also, I cannot seem to contact live chat. I'm using the Trial version of Home Image 2010. I would buy it if I could get it working. Than you.
