Migrate Easy 7 cloning disk with bad sectors?

I have a disk that has failed a drive self test and is reporting many blocks with uncorrectable data errors. I have tried to clone it using Migrate Easy 7. When it found a bad block I selected "ignore all" but it seemed unable to proceed with the cloning. Is there any way that I can clone this disk or is it beyond help?
