MigrateEasy7.0 - Getting Error on Creating Bootable Rescue Media
Purchased MigrateEasy7.0. a few minutes ago. First thing I try is to create a bootable disk. Got the following error upon the clicking the first "next" button:
E00010000: Internal error
Member not found (0x120003)
token = "[]"
Tag = 0xB5327A524682A1DF
I bought this after being frustrated with the True Image WD version. Now this is frustrating.
I'm trying to switch out a working 100GB Hitachi drive in my HP Pavilion dv4000 laptop with a WD 250MB drive.

Thanks for the reply. The ISO file for which you sent a link works.
I actually received it on Nov 17 via chat help, which I discovered upon further searching after realizing there's no certainty when a forum posting will be answered. I was able to burn a CD and that allowed me do the migration.
I had a follow-on problem with True Image WD. It wouldn't recognize the WD drive when it was installed as the primary drive. System info and other programs would. I uninstalled and reinstalled TIWD, rebooted, etc., but the problem persisted. Success came only after uninstalling and then searching/deleting TIWD related files that remained even after unistall. After a lot of time-consuming effort I was able to make a drive backup copy with TIWD. Once working, it's straightforward.
Please note I did download and reinstall MigrateEasy several times on two pc's and it always crashed in the CD burn routine. This indicates the problem is more than a download glitch.

Hello Daniel,
I'm glad that you were able to resolve the issue by downloading the ISO I sent.
Please note I did download and reinstall MigrateEasy several times on two pc's and it always crashed in the CD burn routine. This indicates the problem is more than a download glitch.
Yes, if the reinstallation does not help it means that issue is not related to a download glitch. If you would like us to investigate the issue, please clarify the following:
-The build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)
-Have you tried to reinstall Bootable Media Component separately (usual reinstall may leave this component without changes)?
-Could you please make screenshot with the error and attach it to this thread?
If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.
- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.
