Recovery for MS Exchange - "No databases are mounted"

Thread needs solution

I'm currently using Recovery for MS Exchange in a simulation environment for my company.

I'm really happy with the acronis home backup stuff and I wanted to try it for servers aswell, exchange to be exact. But when I try to backup the mailboxes I get an error saying the task failed. When I go into the logs I see a lot of errors that say: "There are no mounted databases in the `First Storage Group` storage group. The storage group cannot be backed up.". But when I go into the Exchange System Manager to verify this everything IS in fact mounted. I tried rebooting and remounting but nothing seems to work.

I've also looked into the acronis kb but only found that I should remount.

What to do?
