Snap Deloy 3 - Image Creator crashes randomly

Good morning,

We currently have Acronis Snap Deploy 3 and we recently recieved from Dell some brand new Optiplex 360 Desktop PC's. Currently we are having no problems until this new machine came in. Now everytime i attempt to create an image, the image creator application will randomly crash once we get to the options screens to name the image on the network.

i believe that we need some new drivers and i weas hoping someone could suggest where we obtain the updates from?

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information I cannot be sure in the cause of the issue, but anyway you are correct regarding the possibility of the drivers issue. So here's the plan I would like to offer you for resolving the problem: 

  1. Please make sure you are using the latest build of the software. Currently it should be 3329 and can be obtained here.
  2. I just sent you the links and instructions regarding how to update the PXE and Acronis Bootable Rescue Media with Master Image Creator.
  3. Should the issue persist after the update, I will ask you to gather the following information: 
    - The exact sequence of actions you performed before faced this issue
    - Whether you are using Master Image Creator from the CD or from the PXE
    - OS running on the target machine
    - If you are using the CD please obtain Acronis Linux Report from it
    - If you are using PXE, please gather Acronis Info from the machine holding it and Dump file

Please contact us with the information gathered - it will help us to identify the reason for your particular case and find a solution.
