Snap Deploy Vista Deployment

Thread needs solution

Hello, i have a problem with snapdeploy. I'm using
- W2K3 R2 SP2
- Snap deploy 3292
- Pxe deployment
- Laptop clients.

I've created master images for xp - vista - w7

i can deploy from pxe xp and w7, but when i try to deploy vista image i'm receiving following error ;

Log files and system info file is in attachments.

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue, I will be glad to help you with it!

I have carefully reviewed the information you have kindly specified, and according to the log the partition is being resized -and it is confusing the product.

I would appreciate if you could kindly let us know whether you are deploying with the service partition or not.

Should you deploy with the service partition, please exclude it from the deployment template and proceed without it.

Should the issue persist, please kindly gather: 

  1. Acronis Info from the source machine
  2. Acronis Report from both of the machines
  3. Please zip and send us the following log files that reside on the computer you have the Acronis OS Deploy Server component installed on:

        * Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\FileServer\Logs (in Windows Vista/2008 it is ProgramData\FileServer\Logs)
        * Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\DeployServer\ (in Windows Vista/208 it is ProgramData\DeployServer\)

  4. Please obtain PCAP logs from Acronis OS Deploy Server machine when the issue occurs and specify the OS Deploy server machine IP address.

Please kindly contact us with the information gathered - we will review it and definitely find a solution.

Hello, Thanks for quick reply.

I'm not sure what its mean "service partition" ?, if you mean special partition like "recovery" answer is yes

my partitions are below

ntfs (c:) - os
lenovo (d:) - files
ntfs (special partition, lenovo one key recovery) - one key recovery

if i exclude it, one key recovery will not work and i will install okr manually,
and please be careful, this is not necessary, because im using service partitions both xp and w7 images and
this is works..

Here are the datas that you wanted

all data is ok but i cannot gather data form laptop (target machine)

because there is no operating system

and when i boot from bootable acronis report cd im receiving following info :

pen drive without operating system remove drive and reboot
