Universal Deploy update?

Thread needs solution

I've downloaded the most recent build of SD3 from my product updates page. In the past, I've been told I need to keep my version numbers consistent between SD3 and Universal Deploy. However, I do not have a Universal Deploy download link. I can see my licenses for it and my support contract, but no download link.

Does anybody know if I need to update Universal Deploy as well when I install the latest build of SD3?

Thank you for bringing up the update topic up.

First of all please accept our apologies with the delay with the response.

Back to the case itself: I guess there is some misunderstanding happened. When we update the product, the Acronis Universal Deploy latest build should be available not from the "Updates" section, but from the Registered products and should look like on the screeshot attached.

Please kindly check whether the download button is available - should there occur and issue, please, kindly try another browser like Firefox, Google Chrome, etc. - this may help.

Should the issue persist, please kindly notify me via PM, I will send you the direct link for the update and notify the website team about the issue.
