Hello Onur and Lucas,
We are sorry for the delayed response. Let me address this situation.
First message mean that some mailbox cannot be backed up because it's not accessible. Onur, have you tried to back up your mailboxes separately? Could you please let me know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?
Lucas,your message is different - it points us to the corrupted archive itself. Could you please clarify, when exactly does it occur? Could you please provide me with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the issue you report, so that I can try to reproduce it?
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.

Hello Lucas,
Thank you for the detailed information.
Please do the following to resolve the issue:
- Download and unpack ComputerManagement.dll;
- On the actual Microsoft Exchange Server or Microsoft SQL Server with the Acronis Agent installed go to Start-Run -> services.msc -> and stop the Acronis Remote Agent service;
- Then on the same machine go to the %CommonProgramFiles%\Acronis\DatabaseBackup\Fomatik\ folder and rename the existing ComputerManagement.dll file to ComputerManagement.old;
- Copy the downloaded ComputerManagement.dll to %CommonProgramFiles%\Acronis\DatabaseBackup\Fomatik\
- Go to Start-Run -> services.msc -> and start the Acronis Remote Agent service.
This has already been fixed and the fix will be available in the next officially released build.
I'd like to make sure all your queries regarding Acronis products are resolved.
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.
Thank you.
