Acronis Support? 30 days still? Or indefinite?
Previously, Acronis offered indefinite support for their home products. Recently, they made a change to only 30 days of support, leading me to contemplate and research alternative products to begin using instead of theirs, as access to tech support is one of the key elements in my decision making for such software, should I need it (and I rarely do). Now, I find no mention of the 30 day limit on product descriptions for home products. Has the policy changed, back to the old system, of indefinite support via email, chat, etc? Or is it still limited to 30 days after purchase?

i agree with you 30 days support is not very good -i like you have a number of programs and they all have continual support -i agree users need more than 30days support as we are just getting used to the programs and we find 30 days have run out .
lets hope Acronis can answer this and upgrade their support .
