Please remove your telephone # from the forum - this is a public forum available to anyone - even not registered Acronis users.  It is not wise to post any personal information in public forums unless you like to recieve SPAM phone calls and emails.  

You want ot contact customer support and speak with them via chat regarding your purchase issue.
