PCI Bracket Screw Question

Thread needs solution

For what it's worth, I have the HPE-570t; and I am at the precepice of installing the two PCI Cards.

My question is, what type of screw does one use to tighten down the bracket to the frame? Could you provide a link?

Thanks in advance,

CotS

Thanks for that.

Unfortunately, my computer doesn't use screws to keep the PCI cards in place.

So, did you not check before asking?  I'm guessing it has it's own bracket instead then that folds over and has it's own tension to secure the cards then?

That's about the size of it.

:)

Oddly enough I just came upon an old HP DC5800 small form factor (older than yours - Pentium 4) so am familarizing myself with the hardware and bios options - mine is definitely legacy only.  Same latch system on the PCI cards though...
