PHONE SUPPORT PAY PER QUESTION/EVENT NOT WORKING

Thread needs solution

I am having difficulty contacting Acronis for support on-line and am unable to purchase a support package. Using Acronis 2013 + pack. Are they non-available to provide paid support? Under My Products & Downloads, the suuport tab does not allow me to purchase software help. My software was purchased about 12-31-2013 (full version) but my enterprise hard drives were delayed from Asia. I was doing backups until I tried installing additional external drives and the drive letters changed.

win7 Dell XPS8500 C: 256GB SSD and D: 2TB. 32GB memory.
