Corrupted Backup on Validation

Thread needs solution

For the first time since using Acronis (4 years) I was informed my backup was corrupted when I validated.

I'm asking in here to try and save more hours work and disruption to my schedule.

I have 3 Ext. USB hard drives and 1 internal backup HD. I backup my Data partition daily to the internal HD and a copy to one ext. HD. The other 2 ext HDs I use to backup the whole primary hard drive to, every 2 weeks (alternating between the 2).

It was the full backup (whole primary hard drive) which was reported as being corrupted. As a test, I successfully Validated the smaller daily data backups. Does this mean that my memory is working OK and I don't need to use the Memtest (as advised in 'Troubleshooting Issues with Corrupt Backups')? It would save much time and effort if I can take this as guaranteed.

I'm using Windows 7 on a desktop, Acronis TIH 2012 (Build 6131).

Thanks for any help.

 Hello Buzzard 104,

Thank you for your report.

Could you please obtain Acronis system report available at the Help section and send it to me via  Private Message?

We are awaiting for your response.

Thank you.

Thank you Oleg - doing it now.

ETA: Unfortunately, as I explained in my Private Message to you, the .zip file failed to load (twice) giving the error message:

"An HTTP error 0 occurred.
/messages/upload/js"

and which I haven't a clue what to do about!

 Hello Buzzard 104,

I've sent an FTP link via private messages.

Please upload the file and let me know about it.

Thank you.
