Problem concerning "consolidation"

Hello,
please excuse my bad english.
I have the following problem:
I want to have always 2 Fullbackups of the drive c:
So I made a consolidation if the number of backups are higher than 2 backups.
After the consolidation there comes always the failure in log:
"Backup-Datum kann nicht gefunden werden/ Backup-date cannot be found". Every day in the calendar of tasks has the red colour that means a bad backup.
Backups without consolidation makes no problems.

Do anyone have a solution or hint concerning that problem ?

Hello Acronis? When will you fix this? This problem is known for more than a month!

ATI2009 wasn't really perfect and I've waited a long time to get an updated version. Then you've released version 2010 (in 2009!) and I've had to pay again. And again it doesn't really work perfectly.

Hello,

last week, I received an E-Mail from Acronis-Support.
I have sent some files and datas of TI2010 to them.
They have promised to check this problem.
