Network Connection Problems
I have a case open with tech support and sent them my log files, but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue. We are getting repeated errors about network connectivity, specifically the error below:
The operation was interrupted due to a problem with network connection to the required file. Time trying to connect to the location: 30 seconds.
Additional info:
--------------------
Error code: 222
Module: 152
LineInfo: c6acf8f8778856a5
Fields: $module : C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\DiskBundle.dll
Message: The operation was interrupted due to a problem with network connection to the required file. Time trying to connect to the location: 30 seconds.
Eventually the backup fails. I have opened the necessary ports on our firewall and our internet connection is quite sufficient. waiting to hear from tech support or anyone who has had this issue before.
Thanks in advance,
Geoff

Yes, I have been getting it for months now. I just keep doing a full backup until it completes successfully. I'm using ATIH 2011 with a Verizon ActionTec MI424WR Rev I "Giga" Router. Thinking that maybe it was the Router I installed a Netgear ProSafe 5 Port Giga Switch; Model GS105. My PC is an HP Pavilion and the files are being stored on a Netgear ReadyNAS using the Netgear Switch. Operating system is MS Vista. Still get the same problem. I'm also hoping someone would find a solution. Does ATIH solve the problem? Secondary issue is that since I converted to Verizon FiOS, their Router drops the Internet randomly and I have to reboot the Router.

Did anyone find a solution to this problem? The operation was interrupted due to a problem with network connection to the required file.
In my case, sometimes the program interrupts itself and closes the backup. Other times, it must have found the required file as it continues doing the backup; but it has closed the initial backup file and opened another with the same file name with an extension. This has continued for at least 5 files for the single backup.
