Failed to create the backup plan

Thread needs solution

Advanced Workstation build #11133

I'm trying to create a "Backup Up Now" job to copy all files on my D drive to my Linkstation. This was working on the previous build as I already have several file backups on there but now I am receiving the error message as per the attached screenshot. If I send the backup to another drive it works. I have tried validating the vault that is on the Linkstation and this completes without error. I have also tried creating the backup in a folder that does not have .meta data in it and that fails also.

Hello Howard,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]

To let the program to get the access to the NAS drive please do the following:

- On the Create backup plan screen, tick off Advanced view. Click Change next to Access credentials under Where to back up:

- Provide username and password for the NAS:

If the issue remains, please collect the following information:

- Windows System Information File

- The operation log of the product;

- Wireshark logs. See Collecting PCAP Logs.

Please let me know the results, if the issue persists, I will provide you with the instructions on how to sent the files to us.

Thank you.

I've had a system crash recently so I won't be able to complete those steps straight away.

I can confirm however that I already had the username and password for the NAS configured.
