TI 2010: next problem (status dialog not working properly)

The status dialog when backing up has the following problems/bugs:

1. moving the window does often not work. The dialog is frozen up to 20 seconds

2. though it does not react on mouse clicks

3. once the option 'shutdown computer when task is completed' has been activated, deactivating does not work!! Unchecking that option will disable it for some seconds and then the option is set again automatically

4. 2.5 lines for the status text much too less, and scrolling does not work properly due to 1 (dialog os often frozen).

I use TI 2010 build 5055, on WIn XP SP3 all in German.

Again:
I was always very satisfied with older versions of TI, but this seems to be a beta version.
Will there soon be an update, that fixes all these problems. Otherwise I will return it and continue using the old version of TI, as this is working properly.
