purchased license ATH 2012 today, June 17, 2012 and receive message support valid till Nov 2011!

Thread needs solution

Purchased a new license for ATH 2012 today June 17, 2012 and message appears that support program is only valid till November 2011! Incredible. In November 2011 i purchased my first license for my pc and today for my laptop.

It used to be valid till version 2012 for both computers and now I had to buy two licenses. I feel ripped off a bit, especially that I can not get support. Or is it all a mistake?

I believe that the licenses you bought do not expire, but support is only 30 days from purchase. You should have a new 30 day support period from the date of your newly purchase license for that license only. You might want to contact customer support to verify this is corrent.

If you have not done so, register your new license (and old license if not registered). Once registered, when checking under the new serial, it will show expiration date of service.
