Online Backup: Error occurred while resolving windows library

Thread needs solution

Not a happy customer of this product at the moment. I backed-up to an external drive with no problem. I also signed up for online backup, but whenever I try to back up, I run into a series of error message. The most common is "error occurred while resolving windows library." This includes a link to a knowledge base page which apologizes for having no clue what the error message means.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've used this program in the past but 2012 is a piece of junk. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared scripts, rebooted and done about everything I can possibly think of. Oh and "Some of support options are unavailable because your support program is expired!" That's odd--I've had the program a few weeks.

If I don't get the error described above, (error occurred while resolving windows library), I get "The specified file does not exist" or one about a missing script.

Any help will be appreciated, because I've reached the pint where I am about to head over to the competition.

Unfortunately the error message provided is not really informative and this issue will require investigation.

Please contact our tecnical support here giving screenshot of the whole error message and Acronis Info log. Since you have Online backup subscription you are also entitled for tecnical support until the subscription is valid.
