ATIB 2012 Problem with Image on Raid5

Dear sirs,

I have installed the tib 2012 Backup Server edition on my Server 2003 R2 Edition. My installation went just fine. My backup procedure is getting aborted near 88% With the specific error message

MY system is HP ML350 G6 WITH SMARTARRAY P410I and 4x146GB SAS disk on Raid5. Recently my 3th Bay disk Alarmed and i've changing it with a brand new. After that my Raid5 status is just fine, and in normal condition.

Is there anything i can do about that Error ?
