Wrong credentials specified for connection to Acronis Online Storage

When I start Acronis True Image Home 2012 I get this message: "Wrong credentials specified for connection to Acronis Online Storage" and I can't backup to Online storage. When I try to edit my Online storage it says that I have wrong password to my Acronis account. But when I try to login on Acronis webpage it works well. I can´t find where I can change the password in the program. I have had the same loginname (e-mail) and the same password för ages and I have not changed any of them the last 2 years. So I really have no idea what could have happened. The log does not help me at all.

What shall I do?

Try resetting your password from this link https://www.acronis.com/my/remind/ . It will generate a new password for you, and you can change it to whatever you like after siging in to your account on the web. Once you successfully change your password online, try using 2012 again, and see if that clears up your problems.
