ARB11 + Windows Server 2008 FTP upload fails

Hi!
When I'm making a backup with just a few folders everything workes fine.
But when I make a volume copy it fails. Everything works fine until the uploading is supposed to start.
I have tried save the backup to a local disk, so nothing wrong there.

I have tried both:
ftp://user:password@ip-number/location/
and without credentials and used acronis own input box for that.

But since the FTP-server itself works in first example
and the backup succeed on a local disk the error
is none of them but both of them in a combo.

The FTP-server is my NAS on the local network on 1GB network with no limitations what so ever.

I really need help on this one.

One more thing:
The backup creates a few small files when the backup starts. So there's really nothing wrong with the access.
Can it be that the space on C:/ is to small and a temporary file needs to be created?

Got a very similar problem, but for me it keeps failing.
Support is also not helpful up to now.

Befehl 'Backup-Plan 'Enterprise Disk C: laufend (voll, differentiell)' wird ausgeführt' ist fehlgeschlagen.

We have the same problem with excact the same error messages.

Our backup ftp space did not changed nor the config of the backup tasks did. Nevertheless since 2 weeks the ftp backups failed.
Hence we completely deleted the backup, the personal vault and the backup tasks itself and reconfigured everything.

Same error.

Newest build 11.0.17440 (updated, no clean install).
After update everything works normal for about 6 weeks.
Without changes - error above.
We can connect to FTP with other software without problems. (Its and internal FTP path at our server system with 3 max. connections)

If we want to connect with Console Manager to the FTP space, a dialog appears that access was denied.
Then we must type EXCACT the same username and password serveral times and the connection finally works!
The dialog appears allways fast, thus theres no really timeout problem we guess.

Our FTP backup space is now useless but we pay for it - please give response for workaround or resolve the problems.
