error code (0x40019)
I am not nativ english, plese excuse my basic english. Ask me please, if it is not described as needed. THX
I made a backup on NAS QNAP T 412 with ATIH2012_7133_de via FTP.
All Data are backupd, except one directory, no backup error code (0x40019).
I tried to back this directory alone, gain the same error code.
I use WIN 7 64.
Attached the logfile, unfortunately in german language.
I forum and web I found some hints, but not fitted to this case.
Do you have any idea or suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Your log indicates that ATI cannot access files under D:\Users\RML. It indicates that this folder is locked by another process. Is this a folder of another user on the computer? If this folder encrypted or protected by some security software? Is it backed up by another app or synched?

Thank you for your questions:
Is this a folder of another user on the computer?
No, it is only mine.
If this folder encrypted or protected by some security software?
Yes, BitLocker and Win Encryption EFS, BUT this is also in other folders the case, and this folders are backup successful.
Is it backed up by another app or synched?
No.

My guess is that there is a locked file inside this folder. Inspect the folder after having made visible the hidden files and system files. Then, in ATI, try to backup only this folder and, through trial and error, see if one file is locked for ATI.

Thank you again for your valuable hints.
I learned very quick, that this can be the issue.
I have to workout which sub folder is making this trouble.
If I have figuerd out, I will come back with explanation.

THX again, I found the issue.
It was the WIN Service "wmpnetwk" which occupied the folder. I stopped this service and everything looks good!

Interesting, this service is the Media Player Network Sharing Service. The fact that the folder was shared shouldn't impact its access, but it is possible that some security setting for this folder has been altered and prevents ATI's to have proper access to it.
