How do you fix this error?

I have lots of errors from 3 different client installations.

Thank you for posting this issue.

I have in our internal databases searched for this error, but found nothing suitable. This error can have several causes:

  • The free space in the datastore is smaller than the largest virtual disk to be backed up.
    Solution: Add more memory to your datastore, add or relocate the virtual appliance on a datastore that has more free space.
     
  • The location for the backup is unavailable or the connection to that location stops more often.
    Solution: Set a higher volume at Re-attempt if an error occurs also at Number of attempts.
     
  • You do not use the latest build of Acronis vmProtect 7.
    Solution: Update to latest Build. We have an article for these steps in our Knowledge Base.

1) My virtual disk is 60Gb and the datastore has 800GB free
2) I have installed a trial version of veeam and dont have any connection problems.
3) I am running version v7.0.5173

I have now 4 client site with this software installed and not 1 successful backup from any.
