Image Home 2012 Online Backup does not work with logs

I have configured all and it shows results are good in logs but there is an error that Sync is failed and link to browse logs.

Online storage also empty.

Could you advise, please?

I tried to backup, but received a message to install JavaScript. I did that but it still won't work. How do I enable JavaScript so it will work? The download of JavaScript was okay.
