Log Viewer - where has it gone? SOLVED

Thread needs solution

Hi Guys
I'm new here so hope I am in the right section etc. Forgive me if I am not.

I use true image version 9 - which over the years has proved an absolute life saver, and got me back from disaster more than once!

Recently I cleared a long log list from the log viewer (as I had done on previous occasions.) This time I notice that the log remains blank, there are no entries at all. Probably I have clicked on something or changed a setting in error. How can I get the log back.

The answer was simple in the end!
Whilst looking through the settings of CCleaner (applications tab) - I noticed that under utilities the entry Acronis had been ticked. Therefore if CCleaner was run, this would delete the log entries.
Untick, and the log information returned.

Thanks for the update, Colin. Now something more to look for which is not related to Acronis but affects the Acronis program.
