Explore and Recover is Gone

Thread needs solution

Therefore screenshots are not displayed. Therefore what is the point of having an option to create them?

Update:
Even with settings checked to take a screenshot, no screenshot is taken, so it really doesn't matter anyway.

Suggest that you restart the install program and use the repair option which will cause a new installation overtop the existing.

Your program is not running normally.

Screen shots are stored in a folder named "screen"
This is the path on my XP Pro system to one of those takes.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Screen\88FB87A4-CD37-4A56-7C83-45EFCED7593A.png
When you right click on a new task which has the screenshots option enabled,
is the Explore and Recover missing from a new task?

In win7, screenshots are store in folder
c:\users\all users\Acronis\TrueImageHome\screen\

The "Explore and Recover" name has changed in 2013. It is now called "Recover Files". It is in the same place as before. Click the gear icon on the right hand side of the task, and then select "Recover Files". This will open the "File and folders" view, but you can switch to the "Disk and Partition" view by clicking on the tab in the top left of the window.

Update:
As in 2012, the "Explore and Recover" (now called "Recover Files") button is only available for disk/partition backups.
The same applies to the "Srceen Captures".
