2012 (build 7133) Freezing On Attempt at Viewing Logs

Thread needs solution

Since this weekend, ATIH 2012 (build 7119) started freezing when I attempt to view a log (from right-click context menu). I checked for updates, and ATIH reports that there are no updates, but when I go to the Acronis web site, I see that build 7133 is available, so this morning I installed it just in case. It does the same thing. It sits there for hours and never does anything. When I click on the close button it says that

No new software has been installed recently. Although I did upgrade iTunes on the 22nd to the newest version (not sure if that could be a conflict).

One thing that did happen over the weekend was that there was a power failure and the UPS (APC) did a controlled shutdown and sent the computer into hibernation. So maybe Acronis did not recover from that (although I regularly hibernate the computer and never have an issue with that).

I have AcronisInfo.Zip file, but it wasn't clear to me if I should post it here or only to support staff. Attached is screen shot showing how the screen looks right after I choose "View Log."

I'm thinking about restoring to Friday's backup, but want to know if someone has seen this symptom before and how to clear it.

Sorry didn't realize I didn't finish the sentence: it says that "This program is not responding" and I have to click on "End Now."
