Different results when accessing my online backups by different routes

I have found a strange issue when I access my online back ups by different routes. I would love to know if the same has happened to others.

If I access my backups by clicking on "Acronis Online Storage" (on the "backup and recovery" screen of ATIH2012 for my online backup job) or access my online backup from the "My Account" web page, I am taken to a web page with the heading "Acronis Cloud". This shows my online backup folders but when I access them by this route (a) I find some folders are missing and (b) that the "Last version" date against the back up is wrong - it is given as 02/07/2012 when the backup has only just been carried out today (10/10/2012).

However, if I click on "Recover" on the ATIH2012 "Backup and Recovery" screen for my online backup job, I get taken to a screen with my backup folders at top left and along the bottom a whole range of previous backup dates to choose from (including the most recent one) and when I open this find that the "missing folders" are there and the backed up files do have the correct file date.

I cannot understand why visiting the same backups by two different routes should give these different results.

I guess it's a partial case of 'Storage Server is not available now' problem where local backups work and webrestore doesn't. The solution is the same - http://forum.acronis.com/forum/28477?page=2#comment-113018 i.e. contact Support team.
