How to Install Agent for Windows on the Licensing Server for Virtual Edition

We have two licenses for the Virtual Edition of B&R 11 which are for our two Hyper-V hosts. Following the installation guide I installed the licensing server on a third server which I've designated as my hosts controller. However, when I try to run the B&R it says that the Acronis Managed Machine Service is not installed. Googling I found that the error means that I have to install the Agent for Windows on the server.

The problem I'm running into is that the installation is asking me for a license, but we only have two which are already designated to go to my two hosts. Because of that I'm now stuck and don't know what I need to do to complete the installation. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

If you click 'manage this machine' desktop shortcut, it will try to connect to local managed machine service and fail if it's not installed. Use 'Acronis Backup & recovery' shortcut instead, then connect to the server you need.
