Event code: 0x0064029E+0x00900010+0x00900004+0x00900005
TI 2012, OS Win 7-64.
Have completed full backup and two (2) Incremental. I am unable to complete third, receiving subject code. I have accessed http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x0064029E+0x00900010+0x00900004+0x00900005 but code is not recognised.
I have tried on two separate external drived - Seagate & Buffalo. Both had sufficient space left.
Appreciate assistance please.

The logs indicate that our software has difficulty accessing your backup location. Please take a look at this article for additional information.
Could you also let me know how exactly you tested these backup settings on two external hard drives, this will provide us with more details about this issue.

I changed external drives by plugging in their usbs. I also have a usb stick more or less permanently plugged in.
This may be what is "confusing" software.
I am now beginning a new full backup with external drive (F) having deleted all reference to previous location.
