NTSF vs FAT 32

I have True Image Home 10.0. I perform a daily entire backup of my SATA hard drive (C drive) to a larger SATA hard drive (E drive).
My question is this:

* My main hard drive C drive is an 70 G hard drive as an NTFS format
* My 2nd hard drive E drive is 150 G and is FAT 32.
* Are there any problems if I had to exchange files from the 150G FAT 32 to the 70 G NTFS or should both hard drives be the same?

Shouldn't be any problem. Be aware though that if the True Image backup is larger than 4Gb, the backup file will automatically be split into 4Gb pieces on the Fat 32 drive. This will not be a problem for True Image when it comes time to do a restore, but some users like to have one file no matter how big it is. NTFS is also supposed to be a more robust file system, so I've read.

As DwnNDrty mentions, there won't be any problems converting the FAT32 drive to NTFS. NTFS, unlike FAT32, enables security and permissions for all files on an NTFS drive, and NTFS is much more reliable compared to FAT32.

Lou, are you wanting to clone your OS and data from your smaller drive to the larger drive? If so, then I can write up a step-by-step procedure (with screenshots) to show you exactly how to do it without encountering any problems whatsoever.

Actually that is exactly what I would like to do.
Currently my computer will make a complete copy w/OS every morning (overwriting the previous morning). Also there is a weekly copy and a monthly copy. That is why I have a 150 G backup HD while my C drive is 80 G with room to spare.
Any suggestions?
