Backup froze at the point of generating Disaster Recovery Plan

Hello,

I installed ABR v11.5.32256 on many servers, and created the disk mode backup on each server.
I activated the Disaster Recovery Plan within the jobds.

my problem is that:
on some servers, the bakcup job froze at the step of generating Disaster Recovery Plan, cannot went ahead.
the partition is small (10-20 GB)

At this point , the system ressource is not busy, and I cannot stop the freezing job from ABR Manager, I had to close the ABR from the task manager.

Error Message:
La commande « Exécution du plan de sauvegarde « Sauvegarde 01/10/2012 14:45:00 » » a échoué.

If I disable the Disaster Recovery Plan, the job can finish.

Are there any differences between these Servers, such as setup or role?

Have you tried re-installing the Agent and Agent core on the machines that cause this problem?

Hi, I'm facing the same errors but this ones are after doing a restore.
The backup was successful but when I do a restore from the AMS to target machine appears MyRecover_1 window showing status Running, then the target machine restarted, enter acronis and at this point everything going good, when the target machine finished it restarted and enter in windows ... the restore was successful.
But if I connect to remote machine from the AMS, in the main window change the status in the backup from successful to failed and is when the errors above are showed and in the AMS the status of the backup still showing OK.

I was working with Acronis Backup & Restore 11 Advanced Server version 17440 and upgraded to 11.5 because in the other version I'm was facing the same issue but still the same.

I did what you recommend ... reinstall the agent and the agent core in one workstation and still the same

Are you able to create and run backup task without DRP feature? The settings for the disaster recovery plan are the same as for email notification. Does this notification work?

I recommend first to register your product. Then connect via Acronis Management Console to the affected machines and collect system report.

Then please contact support for further investigating your issue. You will find your support options in our Customer handbook.

Regardless of the shown messages, did the restored machine boot successfully? If not, did you run your recovery task using Acronis bootable media? These alternative way shows, if there is an issue in recovering using Acronis Management Server.

You can also connect via Acronis Management Console to an Acronis Boot Agent. You will find instructions in this article from our knowledge base. It is also possible to use centralized vaults from Boot Agent.

To run further investigation to your issue, I recommend to save the logs of the recovery task and contact support. You will find your support options in our Customer handbook.
