Why don't all backups show in list?
While demonstrating ways to recover files (Mounting and Acronis Recovery) I noticed that all of the backups don't appear in the Acronis Recovery tab of the file propeties dialog. I've attached a document containing the steps I performed and the results. the file I was demonstrating with appears in all the backups. It's a file I change and save on a regular basis.

Clicking on the second listing does not expand to anything.

If the actual Word file was never edited during the days in which the incremental backups were created, my guess is that the program is showing you only the backups in which the specific file will be found--the 2 full backup only.
If the file was Word file was edited, then I have no explanation for why it does not list one more inc for the date after the file was edited--if edited.

It looks like the Acronis Recovery tab only shows Full backups. I've attached a new file showing what I did and the results. I thought maybe it was just Word documents, but I found the same thing with PDF, TXT, and EXE files.

I can verify this behavior on Windows 8 with 2013.
I'll report it to Acronis.

Hello everyone!
Thank you for helping us to find this problem!
We've submitted the case, but unfortunately it is too late to include the fix into Update 1 for True Image 2013 by Acronis and it will be implemented for earliest release version. So we hope for your understanding and I would like to thank you again for helping us in figuring out this issue.
Have a good day!

It's been almost a year. Any word on when this problem will be corrected?
