Consistently fail to do online backup from True Image Home 2012
In the last 10 months I think I've had 1 successful backup. There's a schedule job once a week that attempts to do an incremental backup and each time it does something similar to:

My subscription is coming up for renewal, but at the moment it is useless to me as I can never actually do a backup. I have tried upping the timeout value in the config file as suggested in a knowledge base article, but it has made no effect. It would just appear that the servers don't have the capacity.
I have a reasonably standard 8MB broadband connection. I don't expect the backup to progress particularly fast, but I do expect it to progress. A home backup product should clearly cope with the speed and latency of a broadband connection.
I can attach or send the zip file of all of the logs from the last year if that would help.
Anyway, any help on this would be appreciated.

I'd already tried those steps and it made no difference.
