I have been trying to download my registered Snap deploy 4.0 server software from Acronis.com it's a German version.I have tried from two different Internet connections from 2 different Service providers and it just stops after about 1.7 MB??? Can anyone help me.I have emailed support but I won't be holding my breath I really need to get this up and running Any Ideas gratefully recieved
I can download all other software registered to me it's just this one file that won't come down.....HELP :)

the file is ASD4_540_de-DE.exe

Problem solved there is a problem with that file apparently I chatted with support and I'm getting a FTP Link to download from I wish all Support was this good . Keep up the great work!
