Acronis restore of my Outlook, now Outlook wont open

Thread needs solution

I did an acronis restore of my outlook now outlook wont open. Tried repairing office but issue persists. Removed outlook and reinstalled outlook from add remove programs, change. Using TI 2011 & Office 2010.

Any ideas on how to get it working. I dont understand the message below.

What do you mean when you say that you restored Outlook? Did you restore the application, or did you restore the data (.PST file)?

I used Acronis TI 2011 to make a backup of my outlook. I used Acronis TI 2011 to restore this backup.

Please answer my questions if you want continued assistance. "my outlook" is vague: do you mean the application or the .PST file.

I am unsure exactly what Acronis backs up. Emails and contacts I assume. I tried restoring the back up made by acronis
