Acronis Bachup & Recovery 10 и TrueCrypt
Добрый день! Помогите разобраться со следующей проблемой: на сервере установлено ПО: Acronis Bachup & Recovery 10 и TrueCrypt. При попытке забекапить открытый файл возникает ошибка:
Не удалось создать резервную копию файла или папки "........".
Запрещен доступ к файлу.

В настройках невозможно включить использование службы VSS (я так понимаю что из за несовместимости VSS с TrueCrypt). Подскажите, можно ли каким то образом указать акронису, чтобы он не пытался бэкапить открытые файлы, либо разрешить эту проблему более гуманным способом? Спасибо.

In the settings you can not enable the service VSS (I understand that because of the incompatibility of VSS with TrueCrypt). Tell me, is it possible to somehow specify Acronis, that he was not trying to backup open files, or to resolve this problem in a more humane way? Thank you.

TrueCrypt encodes the partition properly. Backup process is being continued fine. But if it meets opened file, for example .xlsx, then the following error message is observed:
"Can not create reserved copy of the file or folder ""G:\~$file.xlsx". Permission is denied.
Then the process is stopped. This happens at differential reserved copying process.
P.S. The problem is reproduced in Windows Server 2008 R2. Reserving copy occurs when engineers are the office.

Thank you for the quick reply.
This indicates, that you are using file or folder backup instead of disk or volume backup.
To run successfully an disk or volume backup, you should do this in Windows while the partition is not closed.

It is needed to make backup of the folder, not the full disk
And if some file is being edited during backup process, it fails
do you know how to avoid this?

Thank you for your reply.
You can back up your folder using file backup method using snapshot from disk backup. This feature is available on machines where Acronis agent is installed. Find more information in our online help.
You should it change from value “Create snapshot if it is possible.” to “Always create a snapshot“.

The problem is related just to temporary files created by Microsoft Word and Excel, like ~$document.xlsx ~$document.docx. We tried to make a filter to exclude such file type. '~$*.xlsx' template was used. But this does not help to avoid the problem. Either the template formatting is incorrect or Acronis can not make this at all. Do you know how to avoid this problem? Thanks.
