Thread needs solution

I am using True Image Home (full), v15.0 build 7119. I have over 1.2TB of free space before I start a one-time full backup of a disk with 800GB used. I have tested the same backup with a destination drive with 2.5-3TB free, and it succeeds (with a ~800-850GB backup file).

It continues to fail on my backup drive despite the 50% buffer in space... When I fill my alternate drive to ~1.2TB free to test, it fails there as well. One is USB3.0, the other is SATA (non-raid). My data SOURCE is a RAID10 array.

In your backup task settings (in the disk backup options), do you have the free space warning notication turned on? If so turn it off.
Based on your logs, it looks like Acronis is notifiying you that the drive is low on space, not that it is full. If the free space notification is turned on, and you are not at the system when it prompts you to continue after the notification, the program will timeout and cancel the backup.
Also you are not running the current build of 2012 (build 7133), not sure if this is an error that was corrected in this build or not.

What version of True Image are you using?

Open True Image 2012 (build 15.0.07133), right-click on the backup that you wish to change the "free space notification" messages to off.
Select "edit settings", then click on "disk backup options", then click the "notifications" tab. You can make the change there.

Sorry, James, it took a lot of time before I could follow your explanation.
It worked, thank you very much!
