recover/restore in different size of partition

Thread needs solution

Laptop configuration:-
Acer Timeline 4830 (i3, 2.3 GHz, 2 GB DDR3)

System configuration(Previous):-
1. Total Hard drive: 500GB
a) C drive: 45 GB
b) D drive: 205 GB
c) E drive: 250 GB
2. Operating system: Windows 7 ultimate (x32 bit)

Then i take back up of my C drive only by Acronis Image Tool 2011. Then i save the .tib file to my pen-drive. Then again i reformat my HDD of my laptop. after reformat the HDD configuration is given below:-

1. Total Hard drive: 500GB
a) C drive: 60 GB
b) D drive: 100 GB
c) E drive: 304 GB
2. Operating system: Windows 7 ultimate (x32 bit)

My question:-
a) now how can i restore my .tib file(Back up of 45 GB) to present c partition (60GB) ?
b) if my operating system is "Windows 7 ultimate (x64 bit)" then how can recover only my driver backup from .tib file(Back up of 45 GB) to "Windows 7 ultimate (x64 bit)" operating system?

Note: i have huge important files to another D/E partition. i need only that solution by which there is no change to loss my files of another partition.

To restore, boot from the ATI bootable Rescue Media. You may select to restore just the C: partition. Check Grover's guides (left margin of the forums) for procedure. You may need to resize after restoring.

If your goal was to resize partitions, you could have done that with data in place, as many tools allow that without destroying existing data on the drive. You didn't need to wipe the drive and then restore from old backup.

You cannot restore a Windows 32-bit OS to a Windows 64-bit OS. You should not restore the drivers, as the old backup will have 32-bit drivers but you now need 64-bit drivers. You will have to locate drivers yourself, from Acer web site and/or component manufacturer's sites.
