Valdiation fails from Win 8 Pro 32 but passes on Rescue Media environment
Validation of backup passes if validation is running from rescue media boot disk. No matter local hdd or nas.
Validation fails if running on a Win 8 pro 32 system. Every validation fails from local hdd as well as from NAS.
Validation on Win 8 pro 32 system is running for about 90 seconds in total. Watching the task manager, hdd activity shows data transfer for about 60 seconds at 30 to 40 MB/s. That gives total Read of about 1,8 to 2,4 GB Data. Then Transfer stops and after about another 30 seconds TI 2013 shows the validation error.
Error Codes are unknown in knowledge base.
I'm somewhat lost on this and would appreciate any help.

tuttle, backup files are in the same position, same connection.
its the same computer booting from rescue media and booting normal win 8.

You didn't mention that you were using Secure Zone. Are all your backups made to the Secure Zone? Is Secure Zone on the same drive that is the OS drive, or is it a separate drive such as external HD?

thank u 4 ur time, tuttle.
I'm using 3 computers and a nas, whereby
the main (desktops) holds
- one internal hdd just for the secure zone of that desktop
- another internal hdd just for a backup of a nas (data) and another 2 laptops via LAN
- 2 more internal hdd for os and data
the nas via LAN holds backups of all 3 computers
the 2 other computers (Notebooks) save their backups to either nas or main desktop via LAN
its just the desktop pc having trouble to validate whatever backup in whatever place. the other machines dont have troubles at all. they are win 8 64 and xp pro 32 machines.
on desktop pc I did uninstall / install TI2013 without success. I got the latest hardware driver for Gigabyte GA-P35-DS4 Mainboard. Switching off firewall (Bitdefender) didn't help either. And that's it with my computer knowledge. Maybe a "2 GB somthing" ? Because all valdiations run for about 60 to 120 seconds and approximately and somewhat 2GB data transfer before they stop.
