backup scheduled stopped backing up - getting error

Hello, I have a weekly scheduled backup and for some reason this stopped worked. when I click Backup now, i'm getting the following oerror

Cannot add a new version to the backup because it is currently mounted in read/write mode.

I checked to see if anything is mounted - none
I checked http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/ for this exception code Event code: 0x000B03F0 - 2013 does not do exception code, only up to 2012 version.

has someone seen this error before?

Did you try to reboot the computer to see if this would clear the error? Something seems to keep the archive file locked from some reason (maybe nothing to do with the archive mounter).

If this doesn't solve it, delete the "mounted.xml" file"C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Database" and see it that solve it.

i found mounted xml in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Database, deleted it and restarted the backup. It's working now! thank you very much!
