Is this the first time the error message has been seen or has ABR11.5 completed incrementals without error previously?

Have you manually moved any of the images or archives?

Are you using storage nodes?

Are you imaging to a NAS?

Have you run chkdsk /r on your server?

Hi Colin,

My reply as below:

Is this the first time the error message has been seen or has ABR11.5 completed incrementals without error previously?
- This is not the firs time the error show up. I do have some of the incremental job finished with no error.

Have you manually moved any of the images or archives?
- No, I have not moved any of the images or archived before.

Are you using storage nodes?
- No

Are you imaging to a NAS?
- Yes, I am imaging to a Synology DiskStation.

Have you run chkdsk /r on your server?
- Not yet, but if require I will schedule.

I seem to recall that has something to do with NAS authentication or bandwidth can cause this problem. I'll see if I can find the post I'm thinking about.
